 Go Green with O'Hara's is the newest addition to the O'Hara Corporation . We are very proud of our long history here in the state of Maine. O'Hara Corporation has been in business in Rockland, Maine for well over fifty years. Our company has its roots in Boston where we started in the fishing industry. Buying and selling fish, and owning and operating fishing boats were the primary focus of the company for many years. During the first half of the twentieth century our business spread from Boston to the Maine towns of Portland, Eastport, and Rockland. After riding the crests and troughs of the fish business for 100 years, the company's headquarters was established in Rockland.
The Rockland facility has undergone major changes over the last twenty years. The town of Rockland has made the transformation from being one of the top fishing ports in the United States to being a major hub for midcoast Maine. Here one can find a vast array of opportunities for shopping, cultural experiences and tourist attractions. In keeping with the times, O'Hara Corporation added Go Green with O'Hara's to address the changing needs of our residents.
